This website is operated by Colton Handcrafted. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “me”, “myself”, “my” and “I” refer to Colton Handcrafted.
Colton Handcrafted products and/or services are only available to residents in the province of British Columbia, Canada.
All payments for products and/or services are due in full prior to shipment of items purchased or services rendered. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, Purchaser forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. Colton Organ reserves the right to require a non-refundable deposit for all custom made product orders, in the amount of a percentage of the purchase price as determined by Colton Organ at their sole discretion. Remaining balance of purchase price for custom made product orders is due immediately after Orderer is notified of the completion of the custom made product. Failure to pay for a custom product within (5) business days of said notification will result in Orderer’s forfeiture of the ownership of the product.
Shipping will be paid for by the Purchaser in the amount agreed upon between Colton Handcrafted and Purchaser at the time of purchase. All items are shipped via registered mail with insurance covering the value of the item. In the even of a lost item an insurance claim with the shipping provider will be initiated. If an item is damaged during shipping Purchaser must immediately notify Colton Handcrafted of the damage on the actual delivery date, by using the contact form. I will then contact you for further assistance.
All custom work is sold as is and all sales are final. That being said, I stand behind the quality of my products; if there is an unexpected flaw due to the craftsmanship of the product or any concerns regarding maintenance, do not hesitate to contact me.
Knife Re-finishing, Handle Upgrading and Blade Modifications
Modifications, re-finishing and upgrades to a knife owned by you will have an agreed upon design and outcome. By entrusting me with your knife you are agreeing to the “Terms and Conditions” located on this page. In the case of failure to pay for products and/or services rendered, you forfeit ownership of any upgraded products and will receive your knife back in the condition it currently sits.
For example, in the case of re-handling a knife, this requires removing the pre-existing handle and in some instances damaging the handle during removal. This may render the old handle unusable and the knife will be returned with or without the handle. The cost of return shipping being paid by the owner of the knife.
Colton Handcrafted is not responsible for, and will not be held liable for, any harm, damages, injuries or other health and safety issues that may result from use of Colton Handcrafted products or through use of www.coltonhandcrafted.com.
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby I provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, BC, V9A 7C3, Canada.

I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to this website.
